Editing Priority Flags

The Priority Flags feature allows you to select a workfile priority from the Contacts tab of the workfile, or from the workfile's mini-toolbar Priority option in the workfile Search Results pane.

From the Basic Settings group in your repair facility profile, select the Priority Flags option to edit a predefined Priority Flag record. This option also allows you to select a default Priority Flag and to select which Priority Flags are active.

To edit a Priority Flag

  1. Select ConfigureProfiles from the menu bar.
  2. Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
  3. Click on the Priority Flags link under Basic Settings.
  4. Select the Priority Flag record, and then select Edit from the toolbar.The Priority Flags screen opens.
  5. Edit the entry, and then click OK.
  6. Select Save or Save and Close.

Note: The Priority Name field can be edited.
